Newt Gingrich ,in a fit of desperation to rise again in the polls, released through his Citizens United enablers a powerful video ad recounting the exploits of Mitt Romney as leader of Bain Capital---a company built to leverage buyouts for the profit of Mitt Romney and then sellout the heavily indebted shells of companies they had no intention of rebuilding.  In short, Gingrich was criticizing a fellow Market Divinist Republican for doing what they love to do: pillage for their own profit and to hell with everybody else.

Now Republicans  (those who can't stand Romney and those who are at least lukewarm to him) are complaining about the truth of Newt has exposed.

Republicans cannot handle the truth.  They cannot even recognize it .  And here it is presented by one of their very own Sainted forebears.   This is "Contract with America " Newt!  This is the He-man Clinton-hater!  This is the Wiz-kid Who Would be King!

The Republican Clown Car rolls on.  Newt is doing something nobody thought possible: generating sympathy for Romney.

And something else--he is also accurately showing Republicans for who they are and what they do to America whenever they get the chance.

If you do not want to watch the video, here is Mary (at LeftCoaster) who condenses the argument about The Bain Way into a couple short paragraphs:
http://www.theleftcoaster.com/archives/020236.php

The main point she isolates:  nothing of value is brought to the table using this approach.  Debt is added by heavy borrowing.  The heavy borrowing is directly translated in tax write-offs (i.e., the Taxpaying American Public excuses the loss to our economy and tax base), and only Bain receives the benefit.

Then they move on.  You have socialized the debt of a company and created the profit (bonus) of Mr. Romney and others like him.
