The war in Iraq is not over. We just left the field. That allows us to man-up the field in Afghanistan and other places. And so what happens when we do this?  Well, we seem to have some Marines that cannot hold their water. That was bad enough. But it is worse when you have media talking heads claiming that no harm is done by desecrating corpses.  As one blogger put it:  "Wait a minute--you mean it's okay to torture alleged terrorists in secret military prisons, but it's not okay to pee on dead combatants?"

American Warmongers and Pretend Patriots seem to revel in the loss of American moral authority.
