Democrats Announce Major Convention Speakers
This just in from Democratic convention headquarters: We now know who the “headline” speakers each night of the convention will be, as well as the broad themes of what they’ll be talking about. Here are the details, as outlined by Kansas Governor and Convention Co-Chair Kathleen Sebelius in a conference call with reporters Monday:
Monday, August 25–One Nation Monday’s headline prime-time speaker will be Michelle Obama.
Tuesday, August 26–Renewing America’s Promise Senator Hillary Clinton will be the headline prime-time speaker on Tuesday night.
Wednesday, August 27–Securing America’s Future & the Vice Presidential Acceptance Speech The headline prime-time speaker on Wednesday will be Barack Obama’s Vice Presidential Nominee.
Bill was to speak on the 27th but they didn't list him?? I just found this on it: Bill Clinton to give a prime-time speech on Wednesday night. However, the former president's speech will not be scheduled for the single hour, starting at 10 p.m. Eastern, that is reserved for the vice presidential nominee.
Thursday, August 28–Change You Can Believe In Barack Obama’s Acceptance Speech
Senator Robert Casey, D (PA) will speak on the 2nd day of the Convention. I heard Oprah will be there but will she also speak, I'm thinking she just might.

I'm confused, Bill will speak, but it won't be on tv? Is that the story?

No, he will speak and it just looks like they tweaked the time. The statement I found was kind of confusing.
Also Biden and Bayh will speak on the 3rd night.
