There was a man named Aaron Russo who made some documentaries. He made one about the Federal Reserve and freedom called America: Freedom to Fascism. He made another one you can find on You Tube in which he claims one of the Rockefellars befriended him and told him the world would eventually be "chipped"---made to wear radio frequency identification microchips to control us, our whereabouts and bank accounts. Russon was told it would be a matter of conditioning the population to get used to the idea.
