It is profoundly worse because it binds the signatories to subordinating their legal superiority to corporate-persons. It enshrines and embeds corporate dominion over more than mere "intellectual property rights". It is an "end-around" an open debate in a public forum. It is what people in the Tea Party and in the Occupy Movement can agree upon.
