I had not heard this term before, but I expect we will all hear it more-and-more. It means how Corporate Persons behave like air-breathing tax dodgers and game the tax law to evade taxes.  And now the Treasury secretary is worried about it. And the President.

What do you think class warfare brings about especially when you personify corporations?  It looks like any other class warfare, only global.

Follow the money. Who benefits?  Pretty soon you are going to hear a ringing defense from the business community. It's gonna say the job providers are the corporations and they can't help the US economy if they are taxed so they are going to exit the country for a better deal for the stakeholders (which isn't you by the way) and Board members. Watch for it. You will hear it. Probably during the next election cycle. Tax-n-Spend Washington hurts poor little global corporations and turns them into anti-American spoil-sports who will take their ball and go play in the Caymans rather than support the nation that raised them.  Boo-hoo.

Mark my words. You will hear it.
